Confirmation Confirmation is a significant step along a person’s journey of life and faith. It’s the sort of step which a person might take at any time – although it’s not until someone has had some ‘life-experience’ that the significance of the step is really appreciated. That appreciation of significance can arise at any time – from early teenage years, through early adulthood, in the middle years of life – or later. There’s no ‘upper age limit’.
Opportunities to attend a Confirmation Service arise throughout the year – sometimes arranged locally, sometimes at Canterbury Cathedral. Preparation classes, usually extending across a couple of months, are arranged on an ‘as needed basis’. So - if you think that this might be the appropriate time for you, or someone you know, to make that ‘significant step’ then please have a word with Rev Bill Hornsby – with no obligation. |
